--Yes,We have a team of designers and engineers ,we can design and produce according to your requirement, not matter it is a idea or a drawing.OEM/ODM is our biggest advantages.
3. Can I get an sample to check quality before mass order?
-- Yes,We have sample stock for almost all items. We can send out samples as soon as your order is placed.
4. What's your warranty?
-- We give 5 years warranty for all our products,if any product fail within 5 years, we will send components to fix them.
5. Any certifications for your products?
-- Normally we produce under CE standard,we have got CE,ROHS certificates,if you order bulk qty and pay for certifications for other markets like UL,SAA,BIS and etc, we can also produce under your reqirement.
6. How about the delivery time?
-- Usually for sample order 1-3 days,for mass order 15-35 days
7.How about the payment terms?
-- We accept payment T/T(HK Passun),Alibaba T/A, Paypal,Wechat pay,Alipay and etc.
Normally 30% prepayment,and 70% before delivery.
