Q4. Do you have FSC certification for wood material?
A: Yes, our wood lamps material used are all FSC certificated.
Q5. What's your trade term?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You could choose one of the most convenient and cost effective way.
Q6.How about the package?Can I do customized package?
A: Now we use full polystyrene or hard-card to protect inside,high quality 5 layers export box outside, very safe package could pass drop-test. Yes could do customized package, please send us your requirements.
Q7.What's your MOQ ?
A: Sample order 1 pc , mass order 20 pcs / item.
Q8: Does your lamp included light source?
A: LED items are included light source, but E27 type are not included, if you have to included bulbs, we could help you purchase.
Q9. About Payment and lead time?
A: T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance pay after inspection , before shipment. If you have any other
requirements, we could negotiate. Sample lead time: 7 days ; Mass Order: 25 days after payment received.
Q10.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
