Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory, we have our own design team and producing workshop.

Q: Can you customize according to the photos and ideas provided?
A: Of course, we started the large-scale art customization business in 2007, and added the chandelier customization section in 2012, which has accumulated 15 years of relevant experience. You can express your ideas and requirements through hand drawings, photos, etc., and combine our most professional suggestions to reach an optimal scheme, then we can do the customization.

Q: What grade of glass and crystal do you use? 
A: The glass we use is first-class quartz sand as the main raw material, and the glass made of it is ultra-white and highly transparent, and will not show light blue and green. At present, AAAA grade crystal material is used, which is the highest grade of artificial crystal in China.

Q: Is there a charge for making samples? How much is it? How long?
A: Yes, samples are only charged at cost, depending on size and other requirements. Usually, samples can be made in 3-7 days.

Q: How long is your warranty period? What if the light source is broken?
A: The warranty is 3 year. We will provide you the light sources in free of charge for the bad light source has not reached the warranty period.

Q: How can I get your wholesale price? There is only one piece. Can you do it?
