Q2:How can I get a sample for quality check?
A2:After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality.If you need samples,we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmationif the quantity can exceed our MOQ.
Q3:When can I get the quotation?
A3:If any items get your interest, please send feedback to our email or chat on trade manager.We usually quote within 24hours after get your inquiry. If you are having a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as a priority.
Q4:What's the lead time ?
A4:stcok Sample send within 2 days,mass production time needs 1-2 weeks depends on the order quantity Our usual practice is around 10-20 days after the deposit payment.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A5: Yes, we offer 1-3years warranty to our products,warranty years depend on items
Q6: How can I place the order?
A6: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
Q7:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A7: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT,or special shipping line. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q8:What is the mothed of payment?
A8:We accept T/T,western union,Moneygram,Alipay,Wechat,Visa credit cart
Q9:If i buy the light and don't satify or want to change other style,is it avaliable?
A9:we accept to change,but the all shipping cost(send and return freight) need pay by you.
and the goods must be in good condition,don't affect second sales.
