Q-Can you provide samples? is it Refundable
A- Yes, we can send samples by using Expedited UPS/FedEx services. Samples carry nominal charges that are refundable on order.
Note- Mold cost for new designs is not refundable

A- Yes, we can produce your custom design. Just show us your drawings/Ideas/pictures.

Please feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with Lelian's quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case, we will give discount as a solution.
