A: Of course we are factory. We are lighting factory in Zhongshan for more than 10 years.
Q2: Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A: Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable.
Q3: What's your policy for samples?
A: We can send you samples. But we'll charge some cost on actual situation and then refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.
Q4: What's your trade terms and payment term?
A: Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).
Q5: What's your MOQ?
A: 1 pcs for chandeliers, 10 pcs for outdoor lights and LED commercial lights.But it's negotiable. Especially when it comes to customization or modification.
Q6: Can you make the lights according to our drawing?
A: Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we can't make it ,we will inform customer.
Q7: How about your warranty?
A: Warranty is 2 years.3 years and 5 years optional.
Q8: Where is your factory? How can I visit it?
A: We located in zhooshan,Guangdong,China. The nearest airport is Baiyun international airport. About one and half hour's driving from Baiyun airport. Warmly welcome to visit us!
Q9: What's your delivery port and delivery time?
A: Our delivery port is Zhongshan port in China .Delivery time is 15 days after 30% balance received.
