Q2 Free sample can be provided?
A:Yes, most of our samples can be provided FREE. Some special tailored samples,sample charges be needed .
Q3. Can you give me a better price?

Q4 We have projects, Can you give any lighting effect design or any?
A:Yes. Our advantage is tailored design as detailed project's requirements. Lighting effect design can be provided..Most of our clients do landscape projects,hotel projects,road projects.We are open company and would like to share all professional information. Test report like Integrating sphere, IES etc can be provided for reference as detailed application.
Q5 We want to buy led light components, Can you help us to assemble lights or tell us how to assemble lights?
A:Yes.LED light components can be provided. LED light assemble technology or assemble lights both can be provided. What is more, we are not only provide common led light parts,but also whole parts for retail like transformer, cable with plug can be provided.
Q6 : Does LED lights really have 50,000 hours lifespan?
A:50,000 or longer lifespan is only theory from lab test.But due to working environment are different from in lab,
actual lifespan is only <=30,000hours. Meanwhile it can also be 50,000 hours lifespan if it adopt very good material.
Q7:For same power,why different brightness?
A:Different chips,or same chip but different brightness version.The brightness will be different.But for same chip andsame brightness version,the brightness will be slight difference.But please make clear the brightness difference between LEDs and lamp fixture.
Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on led light?
A:Yes. Please inform us before our production. After sample with your logo be confirmed, mass production will be arranged.
Q9. How to proceed an order for led light?

Q10.If product have problems,how should i do?
A:First of all , We have strict production flow and testing system.The defective rate is less than 0.3%.New lights or spare parts will be shipped or we repair lights as specific situation. What is more, we are searching partners to maintain lights at local. If you or your company have sources,welcome to discuss with us. We also provide Maintenance service if Your company or anyone who sell products in China.
